Participation Options
“Fair to All Concerned”
Rotary District Participation
Cost: Complimentary
Rotary Districts may participate at no charge with the following commitment:
District Commitment
- Provide a minimum of four (4) Rotarians per day, per booth.
- Ideally, 6–10 Rotarians per day (the more representation, the stronger the recruiting impact).
- Staff the booth all three days.
- Coverage time: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM daily.
- Rotarians attend free of charge (a $45 value per person).

Who May Apply
We are accepting applications from:
- More than 100 countries
- 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories
- 10 Canadian provinces
- 35 Mexican states
- 45 districts in South Asia
Multiple club projects may be submitted.
