I’m excited to invite your clubs to showcase their environmental and sustainability projects at The Rotary Xperience at EarthX.
We’ll be using the same engaging format as last year: Each Rotary project will present 15 slides, with 20 seconds per slide, for a total of five minutes. Presenters will also be available during breaks to discuss their projects with attendees. Participating clubs will have space in the Rotary Xperience Monday and Tuesday to display a pop up banner (No wider than 48 inches) and one table display (No wider than 36 inches). I have great news! This year, we have scholarships available for 20 Interact and 20 Rotaract members to attend all day on April 22nd. I’d love your help spreading the word to clubs in your district to encourage participation. We also have a 10% discount code (ROTARY10) for anyone wishing to attend who is not a Rotaract or Interact member.
We’re starting the project review process now and will be selecting 10 presentations from Interactors, 10 Presentations from Rotaractors, and 10 Rotary Club presentations to feature on our website. Additionally, we’ll be hosting a 100 Girls of STEAM workshop on Monday morning, which could be a great opportunity to recruit or showcase Interact members.
