Volunteer at the Rotary Xperience During Earth Week
Calling all Interact, Rotaract, and Rotarians!
Celebrate Earth Week by volunteering at the Rotary Xperience and Environmental Xperience at EarthX. This April, we’re transforming the Hilton Anatole into an exciting hub of innovation, sustainability, and Rotary pride, and we need your energy and enthusiasm to help make it unforgettable!
What You Need to Know
Dress Code
Please dress comfortably in business casual attire. Rotary shirts are encouraged to show your Rotary pride!
Time Commitment
- Most volunteer shifts are 3 hours long
- Check-in begins 30 minutes before your shift
- Volunteers must check in no later than 10 minutes after their shift start time
- Due to the nature of the event, we kindly ask that you commit to the full shift
What You’ll Receive
- Volunteer badge and lanyard
- Snacks, coffee, and water
- (We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle)
Volunteer Hours Verification
If you need service hour verification, it must be completed on-site on the day of your shift. Please bring any required documentation to be signed by the Volunteer Manager at the end of your shift.
Before You Arrive
A “Know Before You Go” email with additional details and a venue map will be sent during the week prior to the event.
Eligibility
Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.
