Need to know

Please dress comfortably in business casual attire and kindly commit to staying for the entire volunteer shift. Volunteers will receive a badge and lanyard. Snacks, coffee, and water will be available; we recommend bringing your own refillable water bottle.

Volunteer hours verification must be done on-site on the day of your assigned project. Please bring any documentation with you to be signed by the Volunteer Manager upon completion of your shift.

A Know Before You Go email with additional information and a map of the venue will be provided during the week prior to the event.

Time Commitment: The majority of shifts are 3 hours in length. Due to the nature of the volunteer opportunity, we ask that volunteers participate for the entirety of the shift. Check-in begins 30 minutes before shift times. Volunteers must be checked in no later than ten minutes after the start time of their shift.

Morning shift start times begin between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. The rest of our shifts are scheduled in three hour blocks throughout the day, ending at 9:30 PM.

Volunteers must be at least 16 years in age.
